We will appreciate that the client please reschedule or cancel 48 hours in prior to their appointment. Any cancellation/no shows without 48 hour notice will result a charge of 50% service fee — all deposits are non-refundable if rescheduling without 48 hours notice a new deposit will be required. No shows will not be tolerated & will result in the client losing their deposit. We allow a 10 minute grace period if the client is running late, anything over 10 minutes will require the client to reschedule with a new non-refundable deposit! When the client book they’re automatically agreeing to our policy — thank you for respecting my policy! We look forward to meeting you!
